Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)

If you set the macro warning to low then this will not happen, i would say nowadays only do this for resident LAN files NOT emails NO NO NOT emails attached excel files and any non LAN files not so cleaver.

ME i never reduce security BUT in XP you must as they will not run else wise.

Bit silly that in some ways i guess - then again XP is childish i feel

Welcome to the board - Juan has pointed this topic has been well covered many times myself included, so have a look on search, check memeber Juan and i wil have details and fed links, but you post 6 times and are from Asia so welcome, and you we not really to know a seach is good.
