How to change cell width by formula ?

Is it possible, without use of VBA, to increase/decrease column width ??

I was successful in increasing width using formula but fail to shrink it ...

I don't know if it is possible to do what you want without VBA, other than doing it manually.

Andrew Poulsom is one of the most knowledgeable people on this site, and if he doesn't know a way, there is a very good chance it is because it does not exist.
