Specification Ranges - Accpac Financial Reporter in Excel

I use the Financial Reporter (FR) feature of Excel (opened within Accpac) to run monthly financial reports - this is a great feature that allows me to have any number of tabs in the worksheet link to Accpac and provide up to date information. When a new report is designed (under a separate tab) the software generates a specification range (one per report) however, sometimes the specification range for one tab tries to read a specification range under another tab. In other reports, also with several tabs, the specification "named" ranges are unique within each tab and the individual reports run fine.

I don't know if I am explaining myself very well, but I am sure getting frustrated - Any suggestions?

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
