    It would have been installed with Excel. If you cannot see it when you choose Tools, Add-ins then search for the file on your hard drive. It's called funcres.xla. You can then browse to it from the Add-ins dialog box.

    As far as i know older versions will work with XP, and i do not think they have changed.
