    Please post examples of your data before it is sorted, and what should that data look like after it is sorted.

    The data I provided is already sorted manually. The data usually comes without any order.

    use a string parsing function (like right(a1,2) ) to extract the terminal digits into a new column & sort on the 2 columns, the new one first.
