Hi, I would like to have two font sizes in one cell. These values won't change. Basically, I have an address and I want the postal code to be in a smaller font.

Is there a way to concatenate a text, with another text in a different font, and keep them in their originial font?

Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi

Not thru a formula I'm afraid - you'd have to do it manually to a block of text in a cell. Alternatively, you could do it thru VBA, altho this may not be what you want.

Try something like

Range("A1").Select
ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "This is an example of different size text"
With ActiveCell.Characters(Start:=1, Length:=22).Font
.Name = "Arial"
.FontStyle = "Regular"
.Size = 10
.Strikethrough = False
.Superscript = False
.Subscript = False
.OutlineFont = False
.Shadow = False
.Underline = xlUnderlineStyleNone
.ColorIndex = xlAutomatic
End With
With ActiveCell.Characters(Start:=23, Length:=19).Font
.Name = "Arial"
.FontStyle = "Regular"
.Size = 14
.Strikethrough = False
.Superscript = False
.Subscript = False
.OutlineFont = False
.Shadow = False
.Underline = xlUnderlineStyleNone
.ColorIndex = xlAutomatic
End With

Thanks Richard, didn't know it was that easy. I thought I could only change the font size of the whole cell... don't I feel stupid now, lol
