    For this formula, the value in Sheet1!E4 is a date (MM/DD/YY). It pulls it as a number here. Anyway to format this as a date.

    Try:

    ="Flash Report for the Week Ended "&TEXT(Sheet1!E4, "mm/dd/yy")

    How do I add that extra little bit on the end, (000's)?
