print non-contiguous ranges

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
First select the non-contig ranges by dragging range1, then holding your control key down and dragging range2, then range3... etc., until all non-contiguous ranges are selected. Then File/Print Area/Set Print Area will "lock in" your selection until you choose to clear it.
This process will print each range on a separate sheet. I have not been successful in printing them all on a single sheet, but someone here will undoubtedly offer a solution. Cheers!
