2 questions

1. I need a date formula to return the last Saturday before a specified date.

2. When you make a relative reference to a cell in another worksheet (in the same workbook), and then re-sort the rows that contain the referred cell, why doesn't the formula stay with the specified cell? This makes me sad.

2. A worksheet cell is no different than a P.O. box. When the Postman sorts mail the envelops (cell contents) are shuffled -- not the physical P.O. boxes (cells) or numbers (cell references).
