I have 19 files. Each file contains a month's data and can vary from 3,000 to 15,000 rows. the first row in each file is exactly the same - a header row of about 50 column headings. Is it possible to do a pivot table for 19 files at a time? Or, better still, is it possible to do a pivot table for all files in a certain folder?

I know I can consolidate them all into a single file but I'd like to aviod that. Plus the individual files are edited sometimes so I'd need to repeatedly consolidate the files.

Perhaps there's a way to consolidate all files in a folder with a macro?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
I did a lot of research on this once and no I do not believe it is possible, maybe only with some kind of crazy code but I couldn't find that anywhere either.

Use MS ACCESS then export to Excel if you must
