how to change color of red comment indicator?

want to change color (or remove) red comment indicators on my worksheet. i google it but with no luck!

yes, this is already there, this link... at first i didn't noticed that this numbers i can change to change this colors...
i tryed it with Validation Input Messages to get same but because there is no red marks or any other but not working good so need to try again with comments
