    Hers another way
    Code:
    =DOLLARFR(A1,16)
    Custom format your cell
    Code:
    # "lb".00 "oz"
    This will convert 2.5 to 2.08 and display it as
    Code:
    2 lb. 08 oz
    2.8 would be
    Code:
    2 lb. 13 oz
    Analysis ToolPak required prior to Excel 2007
