Formula to convert lbs into lbs and oz

I have a weight in D8 in pounds, 2.5, how can I convert this into lb. and oz., 2 lb 8oz
Using excel 2003

=DOLLARFR(A1,16)

Custom format your cell

Code:

# "lb".00 "oz"

This will convert 2.5 to 2.08 and display it as

Code:

2 lb. 08 oz

2.8 would be

Code:

2 lb. 13 oz
