I think I asked this a few years ago but I lost the answer. When you look at a new sheet, nothing at all is selected, there is no cell chosen.

On sheets which have been used, the cursor will be sitting in the last cell used by the user.

How do I remove the 'cursor' or previously selected cell so that no cell at all is 'chosen' or active?

Vba is not a problem.

But the method to unchoose all seems to elude me...
Something to do with setting a target range to null? can't recall.
