How do you get Windows version with Excel VBA

With word you can use code like

If System.Version < 5.1 Then
do something
end if

But System.Version doesnt work in Excel. Is there another brief method of getting the windows version?

Try this (which is more detailed than the Word equivalent):

MsgBox Application.OperatingSystem
