PIVOT TABLES

I am trying to bring in data into excel from data tables, which I bring into excel using Microsoft query and then I choose to put the data into a pivot table. My problem comes in as after I have put the data into the pivot table I need to extract numbers from the pivot table based on some criteria. For example I specify I want the name “Amy”, Age “22” and based on this criteria I want to get from the table the corresponding number which fits those two criteria.

I have tried using the GETPIVOTDATA command but its not that flexible and gives a lot of errors.

Could someone please suggest a way to go about what I need to do? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Perhaps a multikey lookup using Index/Match?
