How to create multi select drop down in Excel

Hello,

I need to create multi selct drop down in Excel and don;t want to write code for that.

I can create single select drop down by using Data Validation option.

Can you please guide how to create multi select drop down.

Hi,

I am working on coding certain responses & each response may fall into more than 1 category. I have made category column so we can select from pre-decided categories. Is there any way I can select multiple categories from drop down - i don't want to use codes. This is not something like the above case - not dependent variables.
