Hi friends-
I would like to drag a message from Outlook into Excel and have it create a link to that message. Currently, it only creates a text entry with information about the email (From, To, Subject...). Is there a simple and quick way to create an actual Link to the email?
I have been able to attach the email to a task, which creates a link to the email in the task, and then pull that over, but that's a more cumbersome process.
(Is there a VBA code that can look at the selected mail item in outlook, for example, and then create a link to it? I'm just not smart enough in excel for this.)
Appreciate any help! (I'm currently running Outlook and Excel 2010 on Windows 7).
