I created two user forms in a new workbook. Althought i havent put any data in the workbook, it is now 2.78mb. I am very confused about this. Will userform and VBA code cost a lot of space? Please help. I would really appreciate.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
For some reason, VBA code can inflate file sizes quite dramatically. Excel doesn't reclaim wasted space when you edit code. One solution is to compile the entire project, export all code modules and forms, delete them from the workbook, save, close, open, re-import all modules and code, save.
Messy but it often reduces the size...
