Default Vlookup for one to many

I am trying to do a vlookup for a one to many relationship but I am having a hard time figuring out the right formula. I have two tables.

    Table 1
    ID Description
    1 Blue
    2 Green
    3 Yellow
    4 Orange
    5 Aqua
    6 Red

    Table 2
    Service Code Description Id
    111 Orange 4
    112 Orange Mixed 4
    113 Yellow 3

I want to be able to pull the service code and description from table two into table one based on ID.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can do that easily?

    Thanks!

So in your example for ID code 4 do you want Orange or Orange Mixed returned or all?

If only one how do you decide which one you want?

So what I would like to see is

ID (Table 1) Description (Table 1) Service Code (Table 2) Description (Table 2)
    4 Orange 111 Orange
    112 Orange Mixed
    3 Yellow 113 Yellow
