Conditional Formatting Cells Based on Another Cell Value

I have been trying all day to figure this out and can't seem to find an answer that works on Google or on here so I have to ask.

I have a group of cells in a row, some are vlookups and the rest are calculations off of those values. They are baseball stats in a row that pull from an inputted name at the beginning of the row. Effectively they look like this (dash = new cell):

Albert Pujols - VLookup - Vlookup - ..... - Calc Based on Vlookup - Calc Based on Vlookup

Now I need to highlight all of those cells including the name based on the value of another cell which I've added right next to the data. This cell is 1 or 0 depending on if the player is inputted into another array on the page.

The last part works fine, I just can't get the values in the rows to highlight when using conditional formatting using the first cell.

Any help is greatly appreciated
