Macro to copy data from one workbook to another and amchange & sign

I have two workbooks and would like a macro to copy data from the source work to the destination workbook as follows (macro to be in destination workbook)

1) Source workbook (Browse Assets.xlsx) copy Col A & B from row two onwards to Row 2 onwards in Col C & D in Destination workbook
2) Replace & in Col C in destination workbook with "AND"
3) Copy Col C in source workbook(Browse Assets.xlsx) from row 2 onwards to Col A from row 2 in destination workbook
4) Copy Col D to F in source workbook(Browse Assets.xlsx) from row 2 onwards to Col G to Col I from row 2 in destination workbook
5) Copy Col H in source workbook(Browse Assets.xlsx) from row 2 onwards to Col L from row 2 in destination workbook
6) Copy Col J in source workbook(Browse Assets.xlsx) from row 2 onwards to Col N from row 2 in destination workbook
