I've look online and find what seems to be the right formula but I keep getting #N/A. the formula i'm using is
=VLOOKUP(N3,$R$5:$S$10,S6:S10)

The final grades are in column N
The grade ranges are R6:R10
Letter Grades S6:S10

Not sure if the the grade ranges per cell are creating the issue. Example cell R6 is 60-0.

This is not the correct formula: Type =Vlookup and read next to the formula. ( Lookup_Value, Table_Array, Col_Index_Num,[range_Lookup]) Col Index Number is an array in your formula. It should refer to one of the columns of the array. Example 3 indicates that it is the third column. [Range_lookup] value is True of False

I'm pretty sure this is easy but I'm still not getting it. I entered in this =VLOOKUP(R6:R10,S6:S10,4,TRUE)
