=COUNTIF(A:A, ">=10") - COUNTIF(A:A, ">17")

THis will be easy for you guys, but I'm brain dead today... I'm writing a stmt. and want to count the number of times the number 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 occur in a colum. Is there a way to write it using >< signs?
