I need a formula that will place time and date of an entry on each row separately and not change the previous entry's time and day.
I use an ID number in column A as a reference.
=IF(A5>1;NOW();0) it works but the next row entry changes all previous entries to the current time and date.

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Apologies, just re-read post and noticed it was probably a relative reference that you implied. One solution maybe to enter the following. In B5 enter :

=IF(A5<>"",IF(B5="",NOW(),B5),"")

This is a circular function so you would need to change the setting File - Options - Formulas and check allow iterative calculations.
