Hello All-

I really beg that you can help me. I'm not even sure if this is possible but I would love any help I can get!

Problem:
I receive an email report every morning around 2am with a subject and attachment name: Date 2014 Report Name.xlsx
I'm responsible for waking up early, opening the report, selecting four specific ranges (does not change) and emailing them to four specific people (either pasting it or screenshot).
If this does not get done by 6am I get yelled at and stuff hits the fan.

Hopeful Solution:
Would love to automate the process. If not completely at least partially.
1) Outlook rule/script to look out for the email and then perform action
2) Automatically select specific section of a sheet (ie/ Sheet 'Data'! - Range A7:F10) & either save as PDF or as a seperate xlsx or just copy it.
3) Email #2 to a specific user.
#2 & #3 would be run 4 times total, 4 different ranges to 4 different emails.

Please would love any help I can get. This will save my job as I get written up every time I miss the deadline. I know - why can't the email report be split up automatically? Because the company is too cheap to pay for it.

Thank you so much !

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.

mjdavila,
Yes this can be done through vba.

Step 1 of your solution I am not confident of but for Step 2 and 3 you have a chance.

First, Let me know the system specs like OS (windows/ Mac) and office version (2000,2007,2010)
