Help needed, Vlookup multiple same name, multiple values

I need help with this vlookup issue, as show i have rufus anderson showing twice in the list. but on the same page

The vlookup is only getting one value off the top pic.

can anyone help me ?

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
you need to use concentenate function where you need to combine name of the person along with the Lin- def.. this will make a new varibale, then use the vloop up it will give you your desired values...
