Hi all,

I'm using Excel 2010 on Win 7. In Options > General, there is a check box named "Show mini toolbar on selection". What happens if I uncheck that please?

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
The mini-toolbar is the toolbar you get when you select the characters IN a cell (versus selecting a cell).

See the following video for an example. Note that the mini-toolbar does now appear whether you make your selection right->left or left<-right (or even double-click) - Microsoft has fixed that since the video was made.
