Data Validation

Category validation can be done through - data Validation - List - Fruit : electronic
How Subcategory validations can be filter automatically if Fruit - It should show (apple : banana) instead of whole list?

Category Subcatogory
Fruit Apple
Furniture mango
Electronics Orange
Banana
Table
Chair
Sofa
cellphone
TV

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Make the subcategory validations depend on an area, which contains formulas that look up data dependent on the main category selection.

There are various ways to do this, how exactly you do it might depend on exaclty how many values you have in each category.

This Works for me :

IF(A3="Fruit",Fruit,IF(A3="Furniture",Furniture,IF(A3="Other",Other)))

But Now if i select A3 = such as filter of Fruits = in subcategory I can see the Fruit list only
but if I change A3 to "Furniture", one contain remain in cell & disappear after i click on subcategory

or else this works fine
