Convert the Name system generated to Manual

Hi,

I have data in Column "K" by system generated name But i want to change the name Manual.
It can convert through "if formula but I want a macro function file which i can add in to ADD-in file.

When ever i open the file and type in any column ( =function name (a2:a500) it converted as per manual name.)

And i want another formula with this macro that I have "Invoice & Refund in column b in same sheet.
just add one ROW beside this and indentify with 1 & 0. as below
