XLStart Folder

Hi,

I have two files: ilx.xla and ilx.xll in the XLStart folder that do not open when I export txt data from another program in to excel. I don't control how excel is opened in this case, but I need these two files to launch. Is there a way to open these two add-in files from within the current instance of excel?

I got one openening but not sure how to do two, or if it is the same method.
