If I want to learn how Excel codes and how to utilize it in my spreadsheet making where is the best place to look for the language parameters? Secondly the main reason I'm looking at the actual coding aspect is because I'm trying to populate information after pulling data from either a sharepoint or a database, and having the Excel program pull the information from folders, read the documents, and fill in information accordingly.

To put it into a simpler perspective if I have a website, that has different articles on it, I want to be able to populate the corresponding article name in Column A, which will allow me to populate column B with the writer, and editor, and finally with column C if it doesn't match my current figures of who wrote and edited a certain article, it will change colors accordingly.

Tips, tricks, and hints are welcome. So far I have no issues with pulling articles, or linking articles, but I am having issues with data changing color with the relevant conditions, and auto populating from the source. This may not be possible without writing an HTML writing program but if it is possible I'd like the advice on how to accomplish it!
