Updating data from new CSV file

I receive a weekly CSV file with the same number of columns, but differing rows. I want to create some sheets/tables to analyze this data, but how do I reference the CSV file each time? I was thinking of simply pasting the data into a "Data" tab that I reference from other sheets or tables, but if I'm going to be using some calculated columns in a table on a second sheet, how do I get the table to include all of the data from the "Data" tab every time I paste in a new set of data? There's probably a better way to do it. What's the best way?

Thanks!
