Increasing number sequences

Hi, I am looking to be able to increase number sequences as shown in picture. Column A has the same number of entries as the number, column B increases up to the number - sorry not easy to explain, hope the picture covers it. I can do it manually but will take hours as I have to go into the hundreds with this. Any help greatly appreciated
