Hello - So I'm completely new to VBA, and coding in general for that matter, just started two days ago, so sorry if this is a super basic question.

So I'm trying to put a graph of some data in a specific place on a spreadsheet, but then Excel decides it knows better than me what data to put on the chart, so I end up with 20 different sets of data on my graph, rather than 3 or so. How to I tell Excel to stop??

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Thank you! Glad I found this site.

I would not have initially sought out VBA, but I'm making a program for a class, and the assignment requires the entire process, including the creation of a chart and data selection, to be automated by a command button. So I got no choice! :)

Thanks, I think I found the solution to my problem in your links. Thanks so much.
