Excel Jeanie ADD-IN 2013

I cant seen to get the ADD-IN menu itemto stay open on Excel after adding the
Excel Jeanie HTML ADD-IN

I goto options>add-Ins
add the Ejhtml4_En
GO...
it then has the tick-box
I tick just ( I have tried all the options)
Ejhtml4_En
Add as a menu and Icons

The ADD-IN tab appears on Excel

And all works and I can add a copy

BUT when I exit excel
and open the Add-in menu item is missing
also rebooted PC missing

If i goto options>add-ins
remove it
then re-add
the menu item re-appears

any ideas - searched the WEB and no answers have resolved the issue

Do you have this issue with any other add-ins?

The add-in tab does not appear - can you suggest another add-in to try that uses the ADD-IN menu tab item
i have solver, Analysis toolpak installed

When I first add the tools to the toolbar - I get to see the Add-in menu - but when I restart excel the add-in menu is nolonger on the toolbar

I don't know of one offhand but if you have any .xla add-ins available, they would probably use the Add-ins tab, since they can't use the Ribbon directly.

If it's just for posting screenshots here, you could try the first link in my signature (it adds its own Ribbon tab rather than using the Add-ins tab).

i have now tried on a new install of office 2013 in windows 10 and still cannot get jeanie to work
