What classifies "Advanced Excel"?

Hey everyone! I'm new to this forum. Was referred by a friend who swears by this site. I have an interview upcoming for an internship. The job description lists "Advanced Excel" as a must. I was wondering what exactly this might entail. I will post some snip-its from the job description to better help you guys understand the nature of the job. I want to be prepared for what they might request of me.

Its a marketing position.

Responsibilities:
Data Management:

  • MROS Data collection and formatting: Two month
  • MROS Data Validation: Two months
  • AMAP data updates: collection, validation, and submission (<1 week per month)
Reporting:

  • Extracting data and updating monthly dashboards (<1 week per month)
  • Updating other priority reports including scenario comparisons, scorecards, NPS reporting and other ad hoc requests
  • Assisting in the production of new Mix Modeling driven reports
Analysis:

  • Basic analysis and reporting

  • Advanced Excel proficiency is a must
  • Detail and accuracy oriented
  • Comfort working with significant amounts of data

If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
