Hello all,
Bit of quandry here. I've designed a userform that allows the user to fill out several text fields and apply them to their entire presentation. This relies on named text fields to identify the appropriate textframes that should accept that various data that is entered. This works great except in the case of using layout placeholders. Unfortunately, it appears that every time a new slide is added, or the layout for an existing slide is changed, the placeholder loses its assigned name and reverts to a new name assigned by PowerPoint.
I have tried everything I can think of, and have been scouring the web for a solution to no avail.
Is there a way to force named placedholders to retain their assigned name when loading the layout?
