Not sure if this is in the correct forum or if anyone can help. I have a zip file containing about 5000 photos. I only need to remove about 200 of these. I have a list of these on spreadsheet, is there any way of extracting these from the zip file in one go rather than looking for the name of each file and removing individually which will take forever?

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Or removing the list of files that are in the folder once unzipped.
