FTP Server?

I was just given access to our client's FTP server. I have been using data that someone gathers for me and I was wondering if I can connect Excel 2016 directly to the server. Maybe via Power Query? The data is in a simple workbook (maybe 12 fields tops x a few hundred rows).

Any suggestions? Or will I just have to get the data manually each time?

Thanks!
