Time Addition

Hi All:

Below is an example of how time off is exported from the software we use. The first item from 2/1 is 3 hours and 4 minutes. The one from 3/18 would be 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Is there a way to add these up with-out calculating them manually? Or is there a formula I can use to calculate quickly?
