I've been trying to post some code in a thread. It has this line in the code
If instr(c, "<nevr") then
"<nevr"")
) Then
The thread is dropping the second half of the code. Why?
what is missing between the quotes is the less than sign and some letters.
I assume that this has to do with internet coding. How do I work around this issue.<nevr< nevr"")
</nevr<></nevr"")
</nevr")>

The site accepts Html code and the < sign is a Html symbol, it only applies to the < and not the > symbol and normally only if followed by a letter.

The easiest solution posters use is to put a space after the < symbol.
Then in an ideal word tell the OP to remove the space.

Thanks. Knew that there was something like that

If you are being really clever (and remember it ....I don't) you can type in &lt ; without the space or &#60 ; again without the space and it will give you the less than symbol without the space showing (but don't edit or preview the post as it will change to a normal < )

=If(C1<D1,"AAA","")
