Question Help needed with Visual Basics

    Hello.

I am trying to work out how to do a few things to my database.

Background: The database is about a company taking people out staff on trips.

    I have a question saying:

    "how many people are going?"

    they answer with a number

    Next question

    "who is going?"

And there is a box with a drop down list of all of the possible people who could go.

Issue: At the moment there is only one box with the list of potential people on the trip. I would like the number of boxes to appear to be the same number as the first question.

i.e. The user would say 5 people are going and they would have to fill in 5 names that are going.

Attached to this-is it possible to leave an option in the list as other-and then the user would just type the name of the person?

Thank you so much for your help, this has taken me FOREVER to try and work out and ive got nowhere!

Thank you thank you thank you

Create a listbox and attach that to the table that holds the eligible employees to go on a trip. Once you have created the list, in properties make sure multiple selection is set to Y.

With a listbox setup like this, you can then scroll through the records and highlight the people you wish to choose. No need to key in any names. That's barbaric.
