Do NOT use Lookup fields at the Table level. Use Lookup Tables at the Form level.
An Employee isRequired to Take 1 or more Courses
1 Course may be Completed by many Employees
I have the following tables:
I Have tried to create TrainingRequired... having a hard time training to define fields, two fields: Employee_Number and Course. That’s as far as I got, tried to build form to select LastName and populate RequiredTraining, Completion_Date. Got confused on the relationships and if I’m going in the right direction.
