Ok, sorry for the quick post before. I figured these two items out.
One more question, I open my table manually, or by switchboard and it starts at the top. How can I get it to open up to the bottom of the table?

I have a database that I edit manually.
I would like to set up a Switchboard to make life a little easier.
Basically, we have a database for tracking where company crews are staying at while traveling. They use the same vehicle and have information stored about the crews, so I don't just make a new entry each time, I have a marker that I use to identify in a query the correct crews, meaning I cut and paste their info each time and edit to update. After this is done, I send out a report of their locations and export the query to a text file for my UPS WorldShip software to import.
I have the reports completed in Switchboard.
How can I setup a button to click so I can edit the database?
How can I setup a button to click to export the query to a text file using commas as seperator?
I see the selections for run macro or run code, just wondering which one would work and any ideas on how to make these work?
thanks.
