I have an Access 2010 Web App that I have published to a SharePoint 2010 site. It is a time tracking database. What I am trying to do is setup security on a record level basis. Essentially what I need is when a user runs a report, that report only displays their own time tracking records. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Do you have a field in the table that captures who created the record? If so, you can autopopulate that field with the user's login and use the same field to filter the reports.

I do not currently have a field in the table that captures who created the record. I can add a field, but have a couple of questions (sorry I'm new to this Access with SharePoint)

- What data type should I use? The users log into SharePoint using their email addresses.
- How do I make it autopopulate the field with the user login?
- What syntax do I use to filter the reports?

Thanks for your help!
