Help with Acess

I am totally new to ms Access.

I did get a lot of help form this forum for Excel

I do have a excel file that I am using, but it is getting to big to handle, now I need to put it in a database (access), but I do not know Access at all, I want to make a form that can be changed, and need a few tables, for importing form excel, but I do not know where to begin with this, do any one have a sample or can help me with this.

There is a lot of thought and logic you have to put into setting up the infrastructure of the database in Access.

Yes and no

I have make a database, and have make search enquiry’s, but I need to when I make a new entry to give in some info in the text boxes certain info, that I then can change if I need to.

Eg. say I have 10 textboxes where I want to put new data in,

In Textbox 2, 3 and 6 I want certain info to be always there. Eg text box 2 I want this to always show “5421MAG01-“ then I want only need to add “1234” at the end.
