Access Dead?

I have a simple access database, only three tables, that I'm interacting with using Excel (some very very basic SQL filtering).

Works like a dream on my machine.

When I transfer the access database to my clients network, and try to open the access database, it just brings me to the screen that you see when first launching access (the create new database sheet).

Similarly, when I try to create a new database on their machines, I type in the parameters, and click "create database", the screen goes to the "home" ribbon tab for a split second, then right back into the "create new database sheet"

Anyone have anything like this before?

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
it could be THEIR access app (not your db, but access) is configed differently.

Did you
1. open their access, 2. then open your app with the shift key down? to see if your tables load.

Is your accesss newer than their access?
