Would like to receive some recommend for SQL learning

Hi everyone,

I really want to learn SQL. I know some advance Excel formula and analysis but I heard that SQL can perform must more task and more flexible when organizing database.

I would like to receive some advice about learning material for this subject Relational database design, database programming with SQL. What book do you recommend and how can I get more practice when learning it .

go and download the free ms sql management studio, it has some resources available to it, many examples available on the web, once you have it installed then you can create data which you can test to analyse. if you have ms access the structure is similar and can provide an environment

i never bothered with anything, played with access from the box and taught myself the basics, web for reference. some good cheap books on ebay, maybe a few years out of date as reference material. maybe look at sql for dummies as a primer
