Top n query summarizing values that are less than 10% from the amount as "others"

I would like the assistance of you on how to create a TOP N query so I can summarize values that are lower than 10% percent of the total and "label" it as OTHERS as usually we do with excel.

Table example:
tblExpenses
idExpense
dateExpense
ValueExpense
StatusExpense
