in this example, how to check for some items like:601 - 89 -1000 - 1000 - 6250- 2233222- 442233 - 1845 - 1856 - 2306 what if they been sold to some clients like :cl1 - cl5 -cl3 - cl17 - cl22 - cl45 -cl56 -ccl6 or not? and when the last time?

Does not work. but you may copy the data to excel sheet and use text to column, use delimiters by space then you well have the sheet to use as a text.
